We are ALWAYS on the lookout for excellent candidates to undergo training as a detection dog with our elite team of specialists.

We are looking to purchase, beagle males or females between the ages of 1 year and 2 1/2 years. These special dogs need to be healthy and either be a food-aholic or ball crazy ( just loves to chase that ball). If your friend is in the backyard board, destroying it or harassing the neighbours by barking then they need a job with us.

Detection dogs, or "sniffer dogs", are extensively used by Police and Customs Officials for the detection of drugs and explosives. You will often see dogs working in airports with their handler checking passengers for any illegal items that they may have in their possession. So it makes sense to use dogs for the detection of live termites in buildings. Termite detection dogs are trained the same way as Police and Customs dogs except that they are taught to detect the scent of termites rather than the scent of an illicit substance.
